Cancellation & Return Policy
You may cancel payment for any exam simulator purchased on the ISTA website up until the first usage of the exam simulator. To cancel an order, please call our office at 501-228-2200 or 1-800-934-4785.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
If you purchased an exam simulator from our website, you will be sent access codes to the site on the first business day following your purchase.
